It is obvious that our products are designed and manufactured so as to ensure top technical parameters and maximum longevity. That is why they are covered by two-year, and in some cases even three-year warranty.

The goal of AQUAEL is not only high quality and advanced technical solutions, but also total satisfaction of the user flowing from operation of our products. For this reason our efforts devoted to this end equal the amount of work put in the development of the products themselves. 

All problems and claims regarding our products reported personally to our firm are processed immediately, whereas claims received in the form of shipment (mail, courier service) – within 24 hours of receipt of shipment, after which the product subject to the claim is shipped back to the customer.
