Aquaristic fairs and exhibitions are a unique opportunity for every aquarium lover to meet other hobbyists and get to know all of the novelties introduced by manufacturers of accessories helping to keep plants and fish. Below we present to you an incomplete, however already very promising list of aquaristic events for the incoming year 2009. AQUAEL booths will also be present there.

19 January – 1 February 2009 - XXIX Warsaw Aquaristic Exhibition organized by Warsaw Association of Aquarists - entrance from the Świętokrzyska St. side) as every year one will be able to admire several dozen of tanks with plants and fish arranged both by members of WAA and friendly stores and aquarium companies.
8-10 May 2009 – traditional rally organized by Association of Aquarists and Terrarists of Łódź. In the incoming year the event will be exceptional because of at least two reasons. First of all it will be combined with the celebration of 100 years anniversary of organized aquarists movement on the Polish land. Secondly it will take place “under the same roof” as International Fair of Pet Shop Merchandise PETFAIR 2009. It should suit all of the participants and guarantee even better than usual attendance. The organisers together with the sponsors promise first-rate attractions such as aquarium exhibition, exhibition of aquarist archive material and “antiques” and – above all – extremely interesting lectures. It is already known that during the symposium Heiko Bleher and Chris Lukhaup, that surely do not have to be introduced to any aquarium hobbyist, will arrive. Other planned events include thematic lectures about history of aquaristics, opportunity to present individual aquarium clubs as well as associations and... traditional integration party. Towards the end of the summer two interesting trade – exhibition events will take place: ZOOMARKET in Warsaw and ZOO BOTANICA in Wroclaw Centennial Hall. This year’s ZOOMARKET was rather symbolical in aquaristic terms, nevertheless we hope that it will be more interesting in this regard next year. The final dates for the fair has not yet been set, however it is planned for 3-5 September 2009. Unfortunately the exact date for ZOO BOTANICA 2009 fair is also not known. The organisers passed two dates 28-30 August or mid-September.
2-4 October 2009 – Zoological Fair WORLD OF ANIMALS in Rzeszów. Previous editions of the fair were exceptionally encouraging and included many interestingly arranged tanks and other aquaristic attractions.
